VE Day

On Thursday 19th December, we celebrated VE day, as a conclusion to our whole school topic of World War Two. Each class made sandwiches, including spam. We enjoyed rock cakes using World War Two recipes. Children showed their dancing skills. We all sang ‘We’ll meet again’ and ‘Pack up your troubles’.

It was a wonderful party atmosphere with the whole school in the hall.
